This mural was created using a style inspired by embroidery patterns from the state of Oaxaca in Southern Mexico.

Jet Martinez was born in Tuxpan, Veracruz, Mexico in 1973. He attended the San Francisco Art Institute, graduating in 2001.

Jet Martinez has been painting public and private murals in the Bay Area and throughout the world, since 1996.
