Chris oversees the Stanford Redwood City campus from facilities and team transitions to coordinating systems and vendors needed to effectively operate a large, complex campus including food, the fitness center, technology infrastructure, maintenance, security, budgeting, events and community building programs.
Colleen has been with LBRE since 2013. In her new role, she will have administrative and operational responsibilities at the Stanford Redwood City campus, including staff support, property administration, customer service, vendor support, event planning, fleet administration, and finance/purchasing transactions and compliance.
Mohammed joined Stanford in July 2019 and serves as the Site Communicator. In his role, he serves as a liaison to the SRWC Operations team and supports campus communications efforts, including the monthly newsletter, website, digital signage, AlertSU and Slack.
Health, Safety & Security
Health, Safety & Security Manager
Kevin joined the SRWC team in Fall 2018 after seven years at Stanford Environmental Health and Safety Office. In his new role, Kevin is responsible for managing a wide-range of health and safety disciplines to support our campus, including: emergency response, ergonomics, medicine supplies, business continuity, and code compliance.
Terri Flamer joined the SRWC Operations team in April 2019 after 9 years running the day to day operations of two Porter Drive facilities in the Stanford Research Park. Currently, Terri is responsible for maintaining the Campus Card access and Key distribution program at the SRWC Campus.
Erick started with SRWC Ops in June 2018, after supporting Stanford and LBRE Zone Management for five years. In this role, he is leading the facilities operations team and the departmental strategic planning. He is also responsible for the campus building automation systems, sustainability program, engineering, construction and project management.

Albert joined SRWC operations in June of 2019 and is responsible for building and systems management and maintenance as well as manages building enhancement, and capital projects.

Lisa joined the SRWC operations team in June 2018 after serving as Associate Director of Events & Operations with Stanford Graduate School of Business. Lisa is responsible for campus services and amenities including management of café/catering, wellness, conference center, campus events and community programs, shipping and receiving, lobby ambassadors, and parking and transportation support.
Campus Services Program Manager
Jessica Castillo joined the Operations team in October 2019. She is responsible for coordinating campus engagement through diverse experiences, as well as space activation. She has been with Stanford University since 2005. Jessica was the recipient of the 2016 Vidalakis Achievement Award for bringing ‘fun and collaboration’ into the workplace. She has had the privilege to work landmark events like Apple’s WWDC, 1st & Future Super Bowl 50 technology competition, and environmental mock policy trials in Washington, D.C. Developing strong relationships is the foundation to everything she does, both personally and professionally.
Nancy has been with Stanford since 2012. She joined the SRWC Operations team as a lobby ambassador in March 2019, and is your first personal connection to the campus when visiting Cardinal Hall. Nancy’s focus on providing a positive customer experience includes welcoming guests and visitors, helping staff with their inquiries and assisting with facilities requests.
Lorin started working at the Stanford Research Park with the Business Affairs facilities team over five years ago. Now one of the SRWC lobby ambassadors and proud member of Facility Operations Team, he has embraced everything Redwood City. When not on the job, Lorin loves exploring neighborhood restaurants and spending time with family and close friends.
Tim joined the SRWC Operations team as a Lobby Ambassador in July 2019, and he has been with the University since 2017. Tim works with the Campus Services team to help support and serve the Stanford Redwood City campus community. Tim’s customer-centric experience began in college when he served as a peer advisor and resident assistant, which involved serving as a first point of contact during first year and transfer orientation programs, helping to provide a welcoming environment for new students, and coordinating community building activities and events for student residents.
Dahiana joined the SRWC Operations team as a Lobby Ambassador in August 2021. Due to her background in non-profits and in sales, she has adopted a client-centric approach. Dahiana is focused on providing a positive experience to all staff and visitors to Discovery Hall.
