Reminder about street parking

Oct 29 2019

Posted In:

SRWC Operations and Stanford Transportation ask that employees avoid street parking, as it negatively impacts our surrounding neighborhoods.
It's important for Stanford to be a good neighbor and out of respect for our surrounding communities, SRWC does not support or condone parking off-campus in nearby residential neighborhoods.
Redwood City also has a residential parking permit program in place for neighborhoods adjacent to SRWC to discourage long-term parking by people who do not live in the neighborhood. This prohibits vehicles without a valid permit from parking longer than two hours from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays. Violating offenders can then be issued parking citations by local authorities.
