San Mateo County has issued a public health emergency order requiring the use of face coverings at your workplace. This means that if you’re in the building, you must cover your face at all times. Read the complete guidelines.
In compliance with shelter-in-place orders issued for the Bay Area and now for the entire state, employees who can do their work from home should do so.
If you must take home portable office furniture and equipment (other than attached large monitor), document which items have been temporarily taken, in what condition and get approval in writing (email) from your manager. Stanford has created guidelines for staff regarding the temporary movement of office equipment.
For those essential staff who will still be on campus, your facilities and maintenance needs will continue to be met and the enhanced cleaning frequency is still in place.
Fridges will continue to be cleaned at the end of the month; personal items and containers won’t be tossed out—only rotten produce.
Access during this time to Cardinal, University, Discovery and Academy Halls and Barron Parking Garage will only be by badging in at the card readers.
Access to the elevators will also only be by badging in.

The lobby ambassadors are not on campus; if you’re hosting visitors, you must escort them into and out of your building, and secure the door.
Until further notice, parking permits are not required to park in any SRWC surface lots and Barron Parking Garage.
Enforcement staff will no longer issue parking citations in permit parking areas and commuters will now be able to park in any ‘C’-SRWC space.
Parking restrictions in special zones, such as disabled parking, red zones, fire lanes and special-permit-only spaces, will continue to be enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Beginning Monday, April 20, Line RWC Marguerite shuttle service will be temporarily adjusted until further notice.
Due to Caltrain reducing service, the Commute.org Midpoint Caltrain shuttle schedule has been temporarily adjusted to accommodate the changes effective 3/30.
Your business mail will continue to be delivered to your anchor point, Monday through Friday at 12/12:30 p.m.
Outgoing mail is picked up from the anchor points, Monday through Friday at 3/3:30 p.m.
Inter-departmental (ID) mail has been put on hold.
Update your delivery address so personal packages are no longer sent to SRWC at this time.
Place only orders essential to your business operations at this time.
