Located in University Hall, the digital production studio provides quick access to professional services for Stanford staff. The studio space will help Stanford departments that need beginning-to-end video production, as well as provide support for videographers who need support for only individual steps within that process.

Equipment

The facility comprises a soundproofed multi-camera production studio, with computer-assisted, real-time HD capture; and a smaller soundproofed room equipped for both high-end video post-processing, and narration recording and processing. Equipment for field production (outside the studio) is also available for day rental.

Appointment required. For off-hour production needs, please contact the Facility Director, Robert Edgar.

Pricing 

FY20 hourly rates for facility and equipment package rental: $130/hr. Projects are priced after consultation between the production studio and the client.

All facility rental includes on-site production and engineering support. Storage media for file delivery to client will vary depending on client’s media preferences.
