Whether you are looking for a formal conference over multiple days, a team luncheon, or an outdoor team-building activity, Stanford Redwood City has indoor and outdoor spaces to support and accommodate your event.
Catering & Conferences
Cardinal Hall houses a modern, well-appointed conference center – managed and catered to exclusively by Residential and Dining Enterprises’ Cardinal Café Catering and Conferences team. The conference center is available for Stanford University and Stanford Healthcare meetings and conferences.
Event Spaces & Fees
This page details how to book event spaces, as well as how to reserve meeting rooms in Outlook. Except the Cardinal Conference Center, all other venues can only be reserved by SRWC occupants. If your event has food, you must submit a service request to coordinate having trash/compost/recycle bins delivered and post event cleaning.
