Stanford Redwood City Business Center at Bambi
An alternative worksite is a Stanford-owned or leased premise outside the main campus or Stanford Redwood City. The alternative worksite provides an office environment with a variety of workspace amenities, free of home distractions. In addition to telecommuting, this worksite is an option to support flexible work arrangements.
The Bambi modular is a touchdown space for Stanford Redwood City employees to work when visiting the main campus for events, in-person meetings and other professional activities.

Business Center Operations and Reservations
Similar to other alternative worksites, Business Affairs oversees the operation and management of the SRWC Business Center.
Please note, only staff identified as SRWC employees may reserve space.
Workspace reservations are made online using the iLab Reservation system. To request access to the iLab portal, view these step-by-step instructions.
At this time, new SRWC staff must successfully complete the steps above to request iLab reservation access. New SRWC staff will then receive additional information about Bambi and how to reserve space via email.

If you have any questions about the sign-up process or making reservations, contact Business Affairs Facilities Manager Denise Ochoa.
SRWC as a Touchdown Space
The Stanford Redwood City campus itself is not set up to provide employees from main campus a touchdown or short-term workspace.
However, you may coordinate with your business unit leadership, at their discretion, for workstation access within their allocated space at SRWC. Cardinal Café is a public space, however, it is not equipped to accommodate touchdown needs.
