  • (Updated 5/6/21) All staff coming to campus this fall will be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. You will soon be able to provide your vaccination status on Health Check. Also, fully vaccinated individuals who have traveled more than 150 miles beyond San Mateo County (or Santa Clara County) will no longer be required to receive a negative COVID-19 test or undergo a waiting period before returning to campus.   • (Updated 2/26/21) You can store and lock your bicycle in the bike locker on Barron Ave. next to the Stanford Federal Credit Union. You can also charge electric bicycles in this space.
  • (Updated 9/25/20) Refer to this announcement for details on the SRWC collection site, eligibility criteria and general guidance as part of Stanford's free COVID-19 surveillance testing program.
  • (Updated 7/23/20) Stanford is currently in Stage 2; you must have permission from your department or HR manager to return to campus.
  • Access to campus buildings during this time will only be by badging in at the card readers.
  • (Updated 7/13/20) Barron Parking Garage is now open between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays. Outside of these hours and on holidays, you'll need to present your Stanford ID in order to enter.
  • Access to the elevators will also only be by badging in.
  • Call (650) 723-SRWC if you have a problem entering with your Stanford ID card.
  • The lobby ambassadors are not on campus.
  • (Updated 7/1/20) At this time, visitors, including children, are not allowed to accompany you to work.
