  • (Updated 5/6/21) All staff coming to campus this fall will be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. You will soon be able to provide your vaccination status on Health Check. Also, fully vaccinated individuals who have traveled more than 150 miles beyond San Mateo County (or Santa Clara County) will no longer be required to receive a negative COVID-19 test or undergo a waiting period before returning to campus.   • (Updated 9/25/20) Refer to this announcement for details on the SRWC collection site, eligibility criteria and general guidance as part of Stanford's free COVID-19 surveillance testing program.
  • (Updated 7/30/20) Telecommuting has been extended through the end of the calendar year.
  • (Updated 7/23/20) Stanford is currently in Stage 2; you must have permission from your department manager or HR manager to return to campus.
  • All employees are required to complete the online training course, COVID-19 Hygiene Best Practices, before returning to work on campus, starting with those who are currently working onsite. Please notify your supervisor after completing.
  • (Updated 5/27/20) All employees are also required to report their health status each day that they are scheduled to be onsite using the new Stanford-developed tool called Health Check.
