Sorry, we're out of seats for this event.

Join us for a rejuvenating sound bath session with Jessica Neideffer from Agada Energy Healing. Come alleviate stress and realign your energy, this session offers a calming experience that nurtures your mind, body, and spirit.

What is a Sound Bath?

Sound baths are based on ancient healing methods that help promote deep rest and relaxation. They utilize sacred instruments such as Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes to create vibrations that align your body and energy fields while inducing a meditative state and promoting overall well-being. A sound bath is like a deep tissue massage. The benefits can include improved sleep, less stress and anxiety, and relief from chronic pain. It can also give you a renewed sense of well-being and calm. The sound bath starts with gentle breathing, followed by a guided meditation with the deep healing sounds of the sound bowls. The sounds help your mind slow and the body rest and heal.

You will be lying on the floor for quite some time, so we encourage you to bring things to make you comfortable (yoga mat, pillow(s), and a blanket) or borrow one of ours.

If you have any questions or special accommodation needs, please contact us at srwc_events@stanford.edu at least seven days prior to the event start date.

Participants' photographs may be shared on Slack and in SRWC communications channels, including its newsletter and website.
