Now more than ever, it's important to take the time to slow down, reduce stress, and focus on quality sleep. Chronic stress can impair your immune system and even one or two nights of quality sleep can help reduce your risk of illness or long-term health concerns.

In this free noontime webinar, we will explore how stress and anxiety during the day can negatively affect the quality of our sleep at night and some simple habits you can put in place to reduce stress and improve sleep. You will learn practical tools to manage daily stressors, overcome coping challenges, and manage uncertainty during the day. We will also cover the importance of a bedtime routine and good sleep hygiene, as well as healthy ways to boost your energy during the day without sabotaging your night.

Instructor: Molly Vatis is an Omada health coach with a background in personal training and motivational interviewing. She completed her BA at Connecticut College and has pursued continuing education through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute.
