Getting in touch with the SRWC Operations team

Stanford Redwood City is managed by an operations team who ensures all aspects of the campus from building access and security to delivering your mail, runs smoothly. We aim to be proactive and alert the campus community beforehand when possible, but if you happen to encounter an issue first, you can reach us by phone, email or by submitting a service request.

Stanford employees have a myriad of ways to stay connected with what's happening at SRWC via its website, newsletter, Slack workspace, etc. Similarly, SRWC Operations utilizes a few channels of open communication for employees to request a service or to get in touch with an experienced professional when you need help.

Below is the list of contact methods and examples of when to use each channel:

  1. For the most urgent issues, such as safety concerns, call (650) 723-7792 or 3-SRWC from a desk phone on campus. This line is monitored 24/7. For emergency assistance, dial 911.

  2. For non-urgent issues, submit a service request for assistance on operations tasks such as requesting a repair, custodial services or an ergonomic evaluation, for example.

  3. To provide general feedback, you can email srwc-operations@stanford.edu.

The SRWC Operations team is committed to supporting our most valuable asset, our employees. You can learn more about the team and their roles on the SRWC Operations Team page.
