Here's a sneak peak at the following maintenance activities will take place this month:
- Throughout the month, UIT will be performing upgrades on the phones in the elevators. Technicians will be on-site alternating between elevators and signage will be posted nearby. We do not anticipate any disruption in day-to-day operations.
- The Property Management Office will be scanning conference room equipment for an inventory check on Oct. 14-15.
- Due to routine energy facility maintenance on Oct. 18 from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m., buildings might experience temperature fluctuations.
- The Bay Road entrance/exit to Barron Parking Garage will be closed Oct. 18-20 and The Barron Avenue entrance/exit will be closed Oct. 21-22 for gate maintenance.
- On Oct. 29, the fire pumps will undergo routine maintenance. We do not anticipate any disruption in day-to-day operations.
