Starting Monday, Oct. 4, if you have visitors coming to Stanford Redwood City, you are required to register them in Envoy, Stanford's visitor management system. Log in to Envoy via single sign-on at Stanford. All individuals who do not have badge access to campus buildings are considered visitors, even colleagues from the main campus.
If your guest is a Stanford employee, they must have a green check in Health Check to enter. If they are not an employee, they need to fill out the attestation form the same day of their visit and prior to arriving on campus.
If you do not have your badge (you've forgotten it at home or as a new employee or you haven't received it yet), you will need to sign in at the lobby desk at arrival.
