Visitor Policy
This campus uses Envoy to check in visitors at the front desk of each building. Envoy will/can notify the host when a visitor checks in on the Envoy iPad in the lobby.

Pets & Support Animals
Stanford has a "no pet" policy on campus, but complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) with allowing the use of service and support animals.
Film, Photography & Video
Stanford is a private university and its campus is private property. Filming and photography on Stanford-owned lands, including the Redwood City campus and open space areas such as The Dish walking trail, are restricted.
Drones & Unmanned Flying Vehicles (UFVs)
Their use is restricted and requires prior review by the University UFV Committee.
EV Charging
Stanford has 184 electric-vehicle charging ports across the Stanford and Stanford Redwood City campuses. Find out the number of ports and associated fees at the various electric vehicle charging stations on campus.
Smoke-free campus
Applies to all academic and administrative units of Stanford University. All smoking, including but not limited to tobacco products and the use of electronic smoking devices, is prohibited in enclosed buildings and facilities and during indoor or outdoor events on the campus.
