Laura Di Mario
Executive Director

Laura Di Mario

Laura oversees the Stanford Redwood City by coordinating the teams, systems and vendors needed to effectively operate a large, complex campus including food, the fitness center, technology infrastructure, maintenance, security, budgeting, events and community building programs.

Anusha Parthasarathy
Communications Specialist

Anusha has been in the writing and communications space for more than 13 years and has dabbled in content writing, strategy, internal/external communications, journalism, and conversation design in her past roles. She also has a love for design and is continuously honing her skills in this area. Anusha has worked on projects with Apple, Uber and Equinix in the past and believes that communication should be simple to be effective.

 

Colleen Sullivan
Operations Administrator

Colleen Sullivan

Colleen has been with LBRE since 2013. In her new role, she manages administrative and operational responsibilities at the campus, including staff support, property administration, customer service, vendor support, event planning, fleet administration, and finance/purchasing transactions and compliance.

Erick Lobos
Director 

Erick Lobos

Erick leads and inspires a team driving organizational success through strategic operations, overseeing infrastructure, sustainability, risk management, capital planning, regulatory compliance, EH&S, and business continuity. His dynamic mix of experience, spanning NASA, startups, and twelve years at Stanford, combined with his engineering and business acumen, empowers him to lead with vision and deliver a practical, results-driven approach. Beyond his work at SRWC, he consults with organizations to ensure operational alignment, leveraging his expertise across LBRE, other Stanford units, and external partners.

Parmeet Manman
Operations Program Manager

Parmeet joined SRWC Operations in February 2022, building upon her proven track record from Zone Management on Stanford's Palo Alto campus. As the Operations Program Manager, she provides strategic oversight for the SRWC campus infrastructure, proactively managing its resilience, efficiency, and compliance. Her diverse skillset extends to project and financial management, quality control, procurement, and EH&S, making her an indispensable leader contributing significantly to the campus's operational success.

 

Albert Karam
Operations Engineer

Albert joined SRWC Operations in June 2019, bringing a unique blend of industrial engineering and financial expertise. He oversees building systems management, reliability centered maintenance, and the execution of building enhancement and capital projects, leveraging his analytical skills to optimize performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. He also contributes to long-term infrastructure planning, providing valuable insights and ensuring projects align with organizational goals.

Campus Services and Engagement 

Lisa Simpson
Director

Lisa Simpson

Lisa joined the SRWC operations team in June 2018 after serving as Associate Director of Events & Operations with Stanford Graduate School of Business. Lisa is responsible for campus services and amenities including management of café/catering, wellness, conference center, campus events, and community programs, shipping and receiving, and parking and transportation support.

Jessica Castillo
Associate Director, Campus Engagement 

Jessica Castillo joined the Operations team in October 2019. She is responsible for coordinating campus engagement through diverse experiences, as well as space activation. She has been with Stanford University since 2005. Jessica was the recipient of the 2016 Vidalakis Achievement Award for bringing ‘fun and collaboration’ into the workplace. She has also worked on landmark events like Apple’s WWDC, 1st & Future Super Bowl 50 technology competition, and environmental mock policy trials in Washington, D.C.  Developing strong relationships is the foundation to everything she does, both personally and professionally.

Terri Flamer
Security & Access Coordinator

Terri Flamer

Terri Flamer is a Stanford veteran and joins this team after 9 years of running the day-to-day operations of two Porter Drive facilities at Stanford Research Park. Currently, Terri is responsible for maintaining the Campus Card access and Key distribution program and acts as Operations Liaison to the Security Vendor at the SRWC Campus.

Dahiana Espinoza

Dahiana joined the SRWC operations team as a Lobby Ambassador in August 2021 and was promoted to Campus Services Lead in September 2024. In this role she serves as the lobby Ambassador for Cardinal Hall. Dahiana is dedicated to delivering a positive customer experience by ensuring each individual feels valued and heard. She believes that every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and foster long-lasting relationships.

Timothy Sears

Tim Sears joined SRWC Operations in July of 2019 and has been with Stanford University since 2017. As a Building Experience Ambassador, Tim helps support the campus community, while assisting with digital content creation by using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva. Tim also assists with updating the SRWC website, advising on layout and design aesthetics. While in college, Tim worked as a Peer Advisor and Resident Assistant, helping to cultivate a welcoming environment for new students while coordinating community building activities and events.

Lorin Mukai

Lorin started working at the Stanford Research Park with the Business Affairs facilities team over five years ago. Now one of the SRWC Building Experience Ambassadors, he has embraced everything Redwood City.  When not on the job, Lorin loves exploring neighborhood restaurants and spending time with family and close friends.
